WINDOWS APPLICATION · LOCAL ACCOUNTING DATA
End-user license agreement
BNM-controlled Windows deployment · Effective September 14, 2026
Scope and permitted use
This agreement describes authorized internal use of BNM Fleet Ledger by BNM Enterprises and users it permits. Permission is limited to installing and operating the application for authorized BNM business purposes. This page does not grant a public redistribution or resale license.
Local operation and responsibilities
You control the Windows installation, local access, credentials, backups and retention. Review imported data, classifications and comparison results before relying on them. Suggested comparisons are not accounting approvals, tax advice or proof that transactions are duplicates.
QuickBooks connection
QuickBooks Online is a third-party service provided by Intuit. Its separate account requirements and terms apply. You must have authority to connect the selected company. The current BNM integration supports read-only discovery; it does not post or modify QuickBooks accounting records.
Restrictions
Do not use the application to access companies without authorization, disclose credentials, interfere with the companion service or evade its access controls. Do not submit accounting records or QuickBooks tokens to the public companion.
Availability and support
Software and third-party services may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Contact your BNM administrator for support and applicable internal policies.
Ending use
Authorization to use the application may be withdrawn by BNM. Disconnect QuickBooks and handle local records according to BNM retention requirements. Ending use of this companion does not itself delete local or Intuit records.
